Tomato soup in a multicooker Redmond

Ingredients

Tomatoes 500gr
Onion 100gr
bell pepper 100gr
Tomato paste 70 g
Olive oil, I have salted 30ml
Ginger root 10gr
Adjika 5gr
Water 600 ml
Salt, spices

Cooking method

  • Peel the ginger and cut it together with the vegetables into medium cubes of 1.5-2 cm. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add tomato paste, olive oil, adjika, salt and spices, add water, mix everything thoroughly. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the SPU mode, press the Time setting button, then press the Cooking time button to set the blinking indicator to 1 hour. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the mode. Beat the finished soup with a blender until smooth.
