Ingredients

Pork 400 gr
Sour milk agusha with milk or ordinary kefir 3-4 sachets
Vegetable puree or fresh vegetables to taste, how much to eat
Onion 1 small onion
Garlic pair of cloves
Any seasonings to taste

Cooking method

The recipe is my lifesaver. Firstly, quickly, secondly, delicious, and thirdly, there is where to attach the mixture from the dairy kitchen and the remains of mashed potatoes
We cut the meat not too finely, put it in the bowl of the pressure cooker. Put an onion into a chopper blender (cut into 2-4 parts), garlic, seasonings, leftover mashed potatoes (we started feeding from cans, we always have something left), you can add a tomato (cut into 4 parts) and fresh herbs ... Add a little bit of agushka (the more liquid, the better it will be crushed). Fill the meat with the resulting "sauce" and add agusha so that the pieces are completely covered. We leave to marinate for an hour or two (I put a delay for this time) and cook on the "stewing" mode for 15 minutes.
By the way, no one identified the same agusha in the product received.
Cooking time: 15 minutes excluding warm-up time
Cooking program: braising
Note
P.S. - alas, there is no photo yet (they ate everything). I will add if possible.

And then the forester came and ... (c) renamed the theme
Topikstarter mild note
There is no need to create a precedent. And then one day a lady, for example, who inherited handwritten notes of wonderful recipes, will come and create a recipe "Baked thigh from my late mom". And he will nod that it is quite legal:"Well, it’s just like that.".

By the way, maybe then 'fast meat on fermented milk agusha'? motherhood was precisely in this
