Ingredients

duck breast fillet on the skin 4 things
peaches (I have canned) 4 things
medium onion 4 things
butter 30 g
sugar 1/4 tsp
carnation 4 buds
black pepper, salt, pink pepper (not used)

Cooking method

  • I dedicate this delicious aromatic dish to our Bread Maker on her birthday!
  • For this recipe, you can use any fruit that is more suitable for the season: fresh pineapples, pears, apples and peaches. Fruit can be marinated in olive oil before frying.
  • 1. Cut the skin of the duck fillet slightly diagonally, sprinkle with salt and pepper and rub in with your fingers.
  • 2. Fry the duck on a well-heated grill or skillet - first 10 minutes skin side down, then turn over and cook for another 10 minutes.

  • 3. Cut the onion into half rings, simmer with butter and sugar over medium heat until golden brown - 10 minutes.
  • 4. Cut the peaches into slices, fry on a grill or a pan, add fried onions, peppers, cloves and heat.
