Pork in a salt crust in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker and a Brand 6060 smokehouse

Ingredients

Pork (shoulder) 1 kg
Sea salt 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Wash the pork, dry it, coat with olive oil on all sides.
  • We fry in the Brand 6050 pressure cooker on the "Fry" program, "Meat" mode, on both sides for 5 minutes with the valve open.
  • Then cool and put in a bowl with sea salt and black pepper and, slightly pressing down, roll on all sides.Pork in a salt crust in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker and a Brand 6060 smokehouse
  • Then we smoke in Brand 6060 smokehouse - cold smoking for 10 minutes and hot smoking for 40 minutes.
  • The material for smoking is cherry, apple and rosemary twigs.
  • Serve with lemon.
  • The salt is strong and the lemon softens the salt.
