Ingredients

salmon fillet 500 gr.
potatoes 800 gr.

milk 100 ml.

Cooking method

  • A simple, but no less delicious recipe for the second course - two in one, moderately spicy and aromatic, the unusual presentation wins, as they say, both a feast and the world. Recipe from La Cucina Italiana magazine.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with olive oil.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, about 15 minutes.
