Alyona, thanks for the tip! The pudding is delicious, I promise you will love it. And everyone's diets are different.
And this dessert will replace sweet pastries, cakes and will fit into the menu at least 1-2 times a week.

Thank you, Marish, for your interest in the recipe! I now often use a double boiler.

Marina, thanks for the recipe! I love everything with cottage cheese. I'll do it tomorrow. I think you can bake in the oven in a water bath? And then something my steamer started to skip ...
MariS
Thanks for the feedback, Lena!... Try it, I hope you won't be disappointed. If the steamer is junk, you can try this way.
Arka
Such a straight pudding pudding, even its shaking is transmitted through the photo!

I also tried cold (my husband shared). The pudding, which stood for 5 hours, lost its trembling tenderness, but it was still delicious!

Marina, once again I want to thank you! Yesterday I did it, it turned out just super. I immediately made 500 grams of cottage cheese with dried apricots (there were no raisins) on a steam bath in the oven and in one large form, and not in portions. Delicious! I feel I will do it often (my husband reassured himself that the dessert was almost dietary and ate exactly half, the remaining half was divided into four). Thank you!!!
MariS
Lena, nice you like the pudding! Thank you for your kind feedback!
I myself have been using a double boiler not so long ago, but I have already realized that I can’t do it without it! Cooking is a pleasure: no fat, no splashes ...

I bought a double boiler about 6 years ago. At first I rarely used it, although I liked the result, but my husband preferred fried or baked. And somewhere half a year ago on honey. the readings had to change the diet, and my steamer worked almost every day. True, she probably overworked, began to junk, produces not enough steam and has to double the cooking time. Now I'm looking after a more powerful unit. By the way, the result of using a double boiler: in 4 months I lost 8.5 kg, and my husband lost ... 24 kg and without any

This is the result, Lena !!! Well done. And I hardly add my husband to the dishes from the double boiler. He still accepts vegetables and sweets from a double boiler, but prefers fried meat ... Sometimes he will eat cutlets or casserole, but this is rare. But I have such delicious recipes for a double boiler! I will patiently introduce my friends to a healthy lifestyle.
