Dorada with spices in Italian

Ingredients

Dorada 2 pcs.
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Olive oil 50g.
Green basil (leaves) 1 bunch (30g.)
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Fish (it is better to take a weight of at least 250 g.) Clean, remove the gills. Season with pepper, salt and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the tomatoes (it is better to take small ones like "ladies' fingers" or cherry) cut into slices.
  • Make 3 cuts on the fish on one side.
  • Chop the basil, pass the garlic through a press, add oil, mix.
  • Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the fish, insert a tomato circle into each cut, coat on all sides and inside with a fragrant mixture:

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
  • It can be served both hot and cold.
  • I made this fish about a month ago and since then, it is a favorite dish in our family. I tried to simplify the process and not make cuts, but just bake tomatoes next to the fish - the number did not work. The incisions are still needed, but the tomatoes, yes, in addition, I also put them nearby.
