Multicooker Laretti LR7130

Lud-Mil @
Hello everyone!
I'm new to the forum, thanks to everyone who shares their experiences here. With great interest I read topics about different models of multicooker, but there is no Temka about my "Larochka", I decided to fill this gap. I hope no one will consider it arrogance.
Lud-Mil @
Apparently I'm here for now, one happy owner of a multicooker of this brand, I'll wait, maybe other owners will show up, but for now I will talk a little about my experiments. This is my first slow cooker, I'm just learning.
The first dish that was cooked was pork knuckle stewed with potatoes. The first pancake is almost not lumpy - the smells were very appetizing, and the taste did not disappoint. The only negative - while frying the knuckle, I missed one side and it was slightly burnt, not even the knuckle itself, but at the bottom of the bowl the spices and juice were fried quite a bit, most likely because of the honey marinade

Hello everyone!
Today I cooked stewed liver. First, as usual, I fried the onions with carrots for Frying, then I added the pork liver (about 700 g), cut into pieces and washed, lightly fried everything together (the total frying time was 30 minutes). Added salt, ground black pepper, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of store adjika, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, turned on Braising, turned off after 20 minutes. The liver turned out to be delicious, very tender and juicy, I never did it without multi.

I will continue my story about testing the multicooker.
I cooked cabbage soup in two different ways. For the first time - I fried onions and carrots on Frying, put the meat, while peeling cabbage and potatoes - I cut it, the meat stood on the Stew, and then all together + water Soup program for 1.5 hours, it turned out tasty and rich.
🔗
Then I somehow looked through the recipe book that came with the kit, and noticed that there borscht and cabbage soup is indicated to be cooked on Stew (although there seems to be a Soup mode). I decided to try this method. I put a piece of pork shoulder straight from the freezer in a saucepan (I already had it washed and processed there), there were all the other ingredients - potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, bulg. pepper, tomatoes, without any preliminary frying, poured water, for 2 hours Stewing. At the end, a bay leaf went and threw in a little ground allspice, after readiness for another 15 minutes it stood to maintain heat. The cabbage soup turned out to be very tasty, on Stew it is much tastier than on Soup!
And this is today's borsch, also on Stew for 2 hours.
🔗 🔗
Lud-Mil @
Another dish I cooked in a slow cooker is something like homemade ham. Actually, I was going to make the pasta stew first.
First, in vegetable oil (1 - 2 tablespoons), I fried onions, carrots, Bulgarian peppers (folded one by one) on the Frying program, put the pork knuckle, turned on Stewing for 2 hours. At the end, I took out the shank, the meat itself fell behind from the bone, steamed well, cut it, put it back in the saucepan, salted and pepper it, wanted to fry it a little more on Frying, and then throw in the pasta, add some water and until tender. But she looked into the saucepan, realized that the pasta would be too fat, turned off the cartoon, chopped two cloves of garlic, mixed the whole mass, put it in a silicone cake pan, and here is the result.

Gaby
Lyudmila, congratulations on such a wonderful helper, let her serve faithfully for a long, long time, what a beauty you have.
How does the last dish you call it taste like ham? An interesting option.
Please tell me, how is cabbage soup different from borscht?
Lud-Mil @
Thank you! I am very glad that they dropped by, I really thought that I would just talk with myself.
Well, I tentatively called it ham, probably a bit soft for ham, somewhat similar to jellied meat remotely, but the jellied meat is cooked to a softer consistency and poured with broth, there is no broth here. I can only say that it is delicious and it goes well with sandwiches. In general, my cartoon cooks everything very tasty, only does not want to deal with baking - or I haven’t found an approach to it yet, but I’ll tell you about this separately later.
After all, borsch is cooked with beetroot, and cabbage soup without it, of course, there may be other differences, let the connoisseurs tell us.
Oh, I looked, you are from Ukraine, you know everything about borscht.
Lud-Mil @
Vika, and you for the name for my dish - "meat bread", did not know that it was called that, I have been preparing it for a long time, but before I did it just on the stove, almost the same way, only without frying vegetables, I just grated boiled carrots later added to the meat and garlic with black pepper.
Another of my first courses in the cartoon - buckwheat with mushrooms.
🔗
First, I also sautéed onions, carrots and mushrooms (mushrooms, pre-boiled) for Frying, then I added one multi-glass of buckwheat and two multi-glasses of water, switched to Turbo, cooked until the signal. Buckwheat was boiled, slightly fried at the bottom, but did not burn, after standing a little off, everything moved away from the bottom. The buckwheat was very tasty.
Lud-Mil @
Mushroom noodles.
Dried mushrooms were pre-soaked in water - for about an hour.
In the cartoon I put a little butter (about 1.5 tablespoons), warmed it up on Frying, fried the onions, so there are carrots. Frying very decently warms up, in all the photos you can see how actively evaporation is going on.

🔗

She took the mushrooms out of the water and put them in a saucepan.

🔗

The water, in which I soaked the mushrooms, was filtered through several layers of gauze (just in case,: wink: although I know that the bends are perfectly clean, since I processed and dried them myself, washed and cleaned them thoroughly), poured it into a bowl, immediately I sent chopped potatoes there (I had 5 small potatoes, about a chicken egg), salted. I waited until it boils, switched from Frying to Soup, set the time to 1 hour. Five minutes before readiness poured into the soup a handful of fine spiderweb vermicelli, 2 bay leaves, a little ground black pepper. In principle, on a signal, you could immediately turn it off, but I read a review of the multicooker, the soup stood on the heating for ten minutes, after which I turned on the Fry mode for literally two minutes so that it boiled well, because the boiling on the Soup is very delicate, and completely turned off the multicooker ...

🔗

The vermicelli turned out to be soft, but not boiled, the soup is very tasty!

🔗
Lud-Mil @
Risotto with zucchini.
I put onions and carrots lightly on the frying.
🔗
I also added chopped zucchini there.
🔗
Washed rice was poured on top (1.5 multi-glasses)
🔗
And some grated cheese (in fact, you need 100 grams of hard cheese, but at that moment it was not in the refrigerator, I had to replace it with "sausage")
🔗
I slightly salted, put a spoonful of tomato paste, poured water (I don’t remember exactly, it seems two multi-glasses, I switched to Standard mode. As far as I understood, the Standard and Turbo modes are sensory and work until the liquid has completely evaporated, only Turbo is shorter, so I thought that Perhaps the Standard is less intense, I decided to try it. As a result, I had to turn it off without waiting for the cartoon to turn off itself, since the liquid had already evaporated, the rice was ready, and I was afraid that the bottom would burn, I probably still had to turn on Turbo At the bottom, the vegetables are really a little fried, but not burnt, here is the result.

Lud-Mil @
I will continue the story about my testing.
Yogurt
🔗
My cartoon copes with it perfectly. Unfortunately, the instructions do not contain any recommendations for making yoghurt, thanks for the forums where you can find out about everything. Of the options found, I liked cooking in additional dishes more, I began to look for what could be adapted for this purpose, and very successfully at home I found rather narrow 350 ml jars, which ideally fit the saucepan in height. I pre-sterilize the jars for 5 minutes in the microwave, I take pasteurized milk, do not boil.
I pour just a liter of milk into three jars, spread the activity (125 g) equally (somewhere in 3 - 4 teaspoons on top of a jar is obtained), 1 tsp. sugar, stir each jar, put a silicone mat in the bowl so as not to scratch the coating, put the jars, pour water half or two-thirds of their height, turn on the cartoon, take it out after five hours, close it with lids, as it cools - into the refrigerator. I did it a couple of times with biomax, it turns out yoghurt even thicker than on activa, and also several times from Narine according to the attached instructions, it's also successful.
The only drawback is that you cannot set the time less than 10 hours, only in the range from 10 to 16, and my yogurt is usually ready within 4 to 6 hours, depending on the leaven. But this does not bother me very much, I usually put it in such a way as to turn it off before going to bed, so it is not difficult to adapt to this regime.
Lud-Mil @
Yesterday I made baked milk and fermented baked milk from it. Since this is the first experience, I planned not to leave the cartoon uncontrolled for milk escaping for the first 20 - 30 minutes. I poured 1 liter of milk into a saucepan, turned on the Stew for 6 hours, made myself a cup of coffee and left the kitchen for a minute, I don't even remember why. I came to my senses when in another room there was a smell of boiled milk, it turned out that half an hour had already passed. I just ran into the kitchen in panic, expecting to see it covered in milk, and the saucepan was empty and burnt. And nothing of the kind - the milk was boiling quite actively, the sides of the pan and the inner lid were with traces of milk, but not a drop leaked out, so my Lara got the highest mark on this point! I looked after another half an hour - the boil became quieter, almost barely noticeably gurgled and that's it.
Two hours have passed since the beginning, looked again, the milk had already become a light beige shade. After another 2 hours, I turned off the cartoon, it probably doesn't make sense to languish for longer, and it's so beautiful and tasty. Here's my 4 hour ghee on Stew.
🔗 🔗
The milk was probably less than a hundred grams of the original volume, and this remained at the bottom of the pot, but it was very easily washed off with hot water and a sponge.
🔗
Since I don't really trust store sour cream, I fermented this milk with the already prepared Narine sourdough, it turned out very similar to fermented baked milk.
Today I decided to make baked milk from two liters. In order not to forget again, I didn’t leave the kitchen for the first half hour, after all, yesterday the milk reached the top of the saucepan and up to the lid, but here it was twice as much, what if now it would run away? While I was waiting for a boil, I was doing various things about the little things and listened to everything - well, now it will start to boil, I did not hear anything, I opened the lid, and the milk boils for itself calmly, and surprisingly, this time even the lid did not stain, and there is foam at the bottom almost did not appear. Every day I am convinced that my Larochka is clever, I love her more and more!
Lud-Mil @
Pea soup.

🔗

I cooked on the Stew and Soup program. First, I put a glass of peas (washed very thoroughly until the foam practically ceased to appear), poured water to half of the saucepan, turned on Braising for two hours, the peas boiled great, I have never cooked so well on the stove in two hours! Then she added water to the desired thickness, put chopped smoked sausages, onions, potatoes and bell peppers, grated carrots, homemade tomato paste 1 tbsp. spoon and 1 hour Soup, before turning off the herbs and lavrushka, it turned out very tasty.
What was especially pleasant - there were no attempts to escape, only the sides of the pan to the top and the lid from the inside were slightly dirty, the valve was clean, and the peas foaming a lot during cooking, many cartoonists complain about "trying to escape".
Lud-Mil @
From baked milk - either fermented baked milk, or yogurt ... I don’t know what to call it, but it’s a tasty treat.

Well, I'm the only one here with such a slow cooker, there is no one to chat and discuss with anyone, so I am telling here about my humble experience.
Thanks for stopping by.
It is a pity, of course, that there is no one to chat and discuss with, but we look at you, read, and rejoice for you.
Where did you buy the multicooker? Are you the only owner? The multicooker seems to be quite good. How much it costs?
Lud-Mil @
yara, thank you, I am very pleased with your attention!
There are several owners of Laretti on the multicooker site, we communicate there, but I thought that this forum would not contain unnecessary information about this multicooker, especially since I like it here.
I am from the Voronezh region, I bought the cartoon here, for 2990 rubles, but this is the price of a small wholesale, at retail there is a large spread, someone took it for 4800. By the way, it seemed to me that this brand should be widely represented in Ukraine, in every the case when I was looking for an official representation in the net, all roads led exactly to you. It seems to me that this brand is somehow connected with Saturn, perhaps these are two brands of the same company, they are often mentioned in one bundle and their products are very similar in appearance.
I like the cartoon, the only drawback is that the baked goods burn out, probably because of the decent power, I can’t do anything about it, well, okay, I’ll choose the second one specifically for baking.
Lud-Mil @
Vegetable stew with beans and chicken.
Extinguishing mode.

Lud-Mil @
Vika , thanks for the comment, I'm very glad that you are interested in this topic and my photos, because I'm not trying here for myself. Maybe the owners of the Laretti multicooker will appear here, and someone, perhaps, will find my experience useful as well as yours and other forum users for me. But for the last two days Lara has been resting, busy only with yoghurts, because I have a new toy - a rice cooker. So far, I'm having fun with her (you can see the results here) and at the same time I finish the cooked in the cartoon, otherwise all my experiments have led to the fact that more is being prepared than I can eat.
Lud-Mil @
Well, about baking. As already mentioned, baking is probably the only drawback of this model. I tried to bake charlotte - it was baked for a very long time, the bottom was fried, I had to take it out in pieces and soak the saucepan (it was really easy enough; everything that is fried, I fill it with hot water and wipe it with a sponge with a detergent, it leaves almost effortlessly). What more or less succeeds is a curd casserole.

🔗

After reading on the forums how people bake in Porridge and Soup, I decided to conduct an experiment using the casserole as an example, in the hope that these modes will fry it less. At first I turned on the Soup, but after 5 minutes it seemed to me that it was squirting a lot in the saucepan, I decided to switch to Porridge - I cooked the porridge very delicately, nothing burnt and did not stick. However, not even a minute had passed on Kasha when the cartoon switched to heating. I switched back to Soup - the same thing, it instantly switches to heating, that is, you can't fool my Lara, she is a smart girl, and she distinguishes soup with porridge from dough. I had to turn on the Baking (1 hour), after 30 minutes I looked in - the top of the casserole was already baked, not rosy, of course, but dry, not sticky. Since there were doubts whether it was baked inside, I took out all this bun from the saucepan and put it back in the other side. After 10 minutes, the other side was already well browned, slightly stronger than we would like, but not burnt. In the photo, it looks black, in fact, a well-fried brown crust. Here is the bottom, which was baked for 30 minutes, fried more, but in principle it did not warm it either, although, of course, I would like a lighter crust. Then I tried to bake a casserole using the same recipe, placing baking paper, foil - the result is the same, the crust is darkish.
At the moment, I decided to stop all baking and frying in the multi, because I am afraid that I will ruin the saucepan in these modes, it seems to me that it is not suitable for frying and baking, hence all the problems with burning. But nevertheless, the saucepan itself is simply wonderful, I fall in love with it more and more every day. It is like a clay pot, even outwardly does not look like any cartoon pot with a ceramic coating (as far as I can judge from the photo from the Internet), thick-walled, heavy, everything is amazingly cooked and stewed in it, so I decided to save it from too hot modes, so that do not spoil.
I will try to find a suitable teflon saucepan, it would be interesting to try frying and baking in it, but I don’t know yet which multi saucepan might suit me. Maybe someone knows if there are cartoons with saucepans 13.2 cm high?
And another question, please tell me: when you use baking paper in a cartoon, do you grease it with oil or not? And then I barely tear off this very paper from the baking itself.
Lud-Mil @
Cooked today chicken wings in yogurt.
Since I often cook yogurt, there are always leftovers in the refrigerator, they must be disposed of somehow. The wings were marinated in yogurt with the addition of spices (two hours in the refrigerator). Then she put it in the multicooker bowl.
🔗
Top with carrots, bell peppers, one clove of garlic.
🔗
A little later I decided to add a tablespoon of store-bought spicy adjika.
🔗
I turned on Stewing for 2 hours, after which Turbo, because I had wings from a village chicken, if the chicken is for frying, store, then you can immediately turn on Turbo.
At the same time, in a rice cooker, I cooked pasta for a side dish. Lunch is ready .

Lud-Mil @
It's been a long time since I showed new dishes, although my assistant works every day, but she cooked everything completely ordinary. Here is something new - a combined meat hodgepodge - "utilization" of the remains of meat dishes from the New Year's table. Used chicken breast baked in the oven, fried pork, a piece of sausage.

🔗

And today for dinner I prepared a stew of pork on a bone. Garnish with rice with vegetables from the rice cooker.

Thanks for the forum, I'm a beginner in the internet, I don't understand anything at all in multicooker. Have presented such a "saucepan" for the anniversary, tell me, does all the modes work in it? I do not have TURBO and STANDARD modes, only ROASTING works, The store said that it should be so, that one of these modes is enough, since they are identical. Is this a noodle, or really? If everything works for you, I'll take it to the store for testing. Thanks in advance for your reply.
Lud-Mil @
milachka, nonsense you were told in the store, do not believe, all modes should work. And it seems to me that they work, you probably thought not, because in these modes the time is not displayed, but just such icons "----"? This is as it should be, because Turbo and Standard are sensory modes, they work until the liquid has completely evaporated, which means that the cooking time in these modes, depending on the volume of products, will be different, the multicooker will determine it in the process. It is better to cook a large amount on the Standard (it provides for a longer cooking), a small amount on Turbo. At the end of cooking, the time will appear (I don't remember, 10 or 15 minutes) and the countdown will start.
I want to warn you that our Lara is a hot girl, so on Zharka the food can easily burn, you need to look after this mode, and the rest (Standard, Turbo) too, at first, in order to understand how they work, then when understand the principle of their work, you can safely leave it unattended.
You can completely calmly cook on Soup, Porridge, Stew, I had no surprises with these modes, on Yoghurt too much time was set by the manufacturer, 4 - 6 hours is usually enough.
But in general, I congratulate you, you received an excellent multicooker, her saucepan is generally unique, I think you will find a common language with your assistant and love her.
Adel
Hello, I have the same cartoon, but apart from yogurt, nothing is working out yet. Please tell me how to cook milk porridge in it, recipes and describe the cooking process! Thank you in advance!
Lud-Mil @
Adel, look at this Temka, I've already posted quite a few photos of dishes here, almost everything with a description of the cooking process. I cooked milk porridge, no problems arose. 1 m / st of cereals (rinsed well) for 1 liter of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a small piece of butter. I switched on the Porridge program for 1 hour, then you can let the porridge infuse on heating (it will turn on automatically), or you can turn it off and just let it stand, the porridge will become thicker. I had corn grits, it seemed to me that it could have been cooked a little longer, because there were some hardy grains, but I don't know at all, maybe for corn porridge it should be so.
Do not be afraid to try, take any recipes from this forum that you like, cook in your cartoon on a suitable program. Write down what specifically you did not succeed, then you can understand what the reason is. My Lara and I succeed in everything except baking.
Lud-Mil @
Here's another dish prepared in this slow cooker.
Pork with pineapple.

🔗

I cut the meat into small pieces, turned on Frying, dripped a little vegetable oil into the saucepan, slightly fried the meat (15-20 minutes), at the end added 1 slice of finely chopped garlic, 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, Curry seasoning, salted, poured half cans of canned pineapple (in pieces) together with syrup, juice of half a lemon. Turn off fry, turn on Turbo.
Interestingly, this mode sometimes fry the dish, I wanted to turn it off a little earlier, so that the meat was with a small amount of sauce, but was distracted by some business, and the cartoon worked the entire cycle until it was turned off. I opened the lid, even expecting what might burn below - after all, pineapple syrup is sweet. But the cartoon once again showed how smart she is, the liquid of course all evaporated, but the dish was juicy, not a bit dry, did not burn, and did not even fry, it turned out to be an excellent stew! The truth must warn that this dish is not for everybody, because the taste of meat is sweet and sour.
Lud-Mil @
I recently cooked a shank again in a cartoon, this time a little differently - I fry it not on Frying, but on Baking.
She rubbed the shank with salt and spices, stuffed it with garlic, put it in a saucepan, slightly oiled with vegetable oil, turned on the Baking, after 20 minutes a golden brown crust had already formed from the bottom, turned it over to another barrel, another 15 minutes on the Baking, then threw onions, carrots, bell pepper , turned on Braising 2 hours. It turned out very tasty.

🔗
Lud-Mil @
Tanya, Thank you! All my recipes are outrageously simple, I feel sorry for spending a lot of time cooking, but I want it to be tasty too. Even in the "pre-cartoon period" I always tried to cook dishes that do not require much effort from the hostess, and now the cartoon helps me with this, so it's all she.
Lud-Mil @
Tonight I came across rave reviews about pearl barley in the cartoon, "and then Ostap suffered" ... I immediately ran to soak the pearl barley (it should be noted that I hadn't eaten it since lunch in the school cafeteria, this cereal turned out to be a miracle in my bins, I bought a year or two ago for a winter sprat salad, so the rest came in handy). Since I sit on the Internet for a long time, then almost in the morning, before going to bed, I decided to start the cooking process.
For frying, I sautéed onions, carrots, peppers, threw in the minced meat there (I thawed a piece of minced meat from the freezer for literally three minutes in the microwave on defrosting, cut it into cubes with a knife, there was no time to wait until it was completely defrosted), it all took 15 minutes, salted + two tbsp. tablespoons of tomato sauce and pork seasoning from a bag, 1 m / st pearl barley, 2 m / st. water, the program Porridge (by default it was 1 hour 30 minutes, did not change the time), went to bed. Even in a dream, I heard the scents rushing around the house, when I woke up - I had breakfast with delicious porridge.

🔗

I cannot assure you that I will cook this dish often, but it is quite possible to diversify the menu with it, I decided that I would use this recipe during the fast, replacing the minced meat with mushrooms. And what else I want to note - it's very satisfying, I barely mastered this portion (the plate is actually small), probably it's even dietary.
chaki2005
Honey, we also have barley only in mushroom soup. I'm all going to try the porridge from the forum. What is winter sprat salad? The first time I've heard.
We are now hooked on Bulgur thanks to Lenochka Kolenko.
Lud-Mil @
Well, this is such a salad, like they do with rice for the winter, and this one with sprat and pearl barley is called "Tourist's Breakfast". It is delicious, especially for those who love barley, and it is also good to cook soups from it, cut potatoes and a jar of salad into water, as the potatoes are boiled - the soup is ready. If necessary, I can share a salad recipe, just tell me in which topic it is better to do this.
And I don't know anything about Bulgur, we need to eliminate the gaps.
Lud-Mil @
I hasten to share some useful information: a bowl from the Maruchi multicooker, green with a ceramic coating, is suitable for our multicooker. This bowl is literally a millimeter lower than ours, and a millimeter wider along the upper side, it is more spacious due to the fact that the bottom is wider and the walls are thinner than that of the "native" bowl, but nevertheless it enters the cartoon and sits on the heater normally, also has good contact with the O-ring. I received such a cup a couple of days ago, I was very afraid that our Lara would be capricious and refuse to work with her, until I had time to test it in all modes, but the tests were successful on the Yogurt and Standard programs (preparing pilaf). The pilaf was a little fried at the bottom, at the bottom I had meat and vegetables, they were well browned, but not a single piece and not a single rice stuck to the bowl. Now I plan to test the bowl on baked goods, I really hope that with the new bowl, the baked goods will start to work.
Lud-Mil @
I am with the continuation of the report on testing the new bowl.
Today I decided to try it on baked goods. In the "native" bowl, the baking did not work - the bottom burned and stuck, the top was poorly baked, the only thing I managed to make in it was a curd casserole, so for a long time I had suspicions that this bowl (thick-walled all-ceramic) was simply not suitable for baking and frying, although otherwise it is amazing, unique, I have not seen such in any other cartoon yet. So what do you think? I was still right - in a new bowl today Chocolate boiled water was perfectly baked, though it turned out not very high - 7 cm, and there are small specks on top, apparently from condensation, but these are such trifles! Tomorrow I'll show you a photo of a biscuitdidn’t "disturb" him today, let it cool down, took only a photo in a saucepan.
🔗
The biscuit easily jumped out of the saucepan, this is how the bottom of the pan looked like, this plaque was erased with a light touch of a sponge.
🔗
And one more plus of the new saucepan - I now fit five jars of yogurt in it, I could only put three in the old one because it tapers downwards.
🔗
In general, while I am very pleased, the original pan will now be engaged in cooking and stewing (she does it great), and the new one - baking, roasting, baking.
Lud-Mil @
Well, here's my Boiled Chocolate.
🔗
I cut it into four cakes, brewed yoghurt cream and soaked the frozen cherries in balsam, waiting for the cream to cool down - I’ll collect the cake.
chaki2005
Sweetheart, another beauty and yummy !!!

Well, here's my Boiled Chocolate.

I brewed yoghurt cream and soaked the frozen cherries in balsam, I wait until the cream cools down - I will collect the cake.
Please tell us more!
Lud-Mil @
Tanya, I will tell you with pleasure.
I baked the cakes exactly according to the recipe, I don't experiment with the dough, but I made another cream.
Cream: 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour and 300 g of yogurt, mix and cook in a water bath until thickened. Add 50g butter, cover with cling film and leave to cool. (You can also whip up a pack of butter and combine with this cream, I just had a cream.)
Sprinkle the frozen cherries with brandy (about 50 grams, I didn't have brandy, I literally poured "two boules" into the cherry balsam), leave for an hour or two, the longer the better.

The biscuit was cut into four cakes, it is cut very well with ordinary bobbin thread. Each cake was slightly watered to soak with the juice released from the cherries, then smeared with cream, cherries were placed on the cream, etc.

🔗

And here's another omelette today I made in a new bowl, on Warming Up, 30 minutes, but I turned it off earlier.

🔗
chaki2005
And, something I cannot understand with what the omelette?
Lud-Mil @
Omelet with sausage. I put a tiny piece of butter in a saucepan, cut one large sausage into slices, and a little Bulgarian pepper from the freezer (I always freeze it for the winter, cut it into small pieces and freeze it in bags, it is very convenient to take a handful out of the bag in winter and pour it into any dish) ... 3 eggs + 2 tbsp. I beat the spoons of sour cream with a fork, turned the sausage circles on the other side, poured the egg-sour cream mixture, that's all.
Yes, your cherry must have been marinated well, I can imagine how yummy it turned out.
chaki2005
I also make omelettes like that. It's just that the pepper on the photo has such a rich color. Now I also make an omelet in the pressure cooker. Rises and fluffy.
chaki2005
Thank you for reminding me about cutting the biscuit with a thread. ... And, then a knife does not always work, but with a string something does not work very well.
Lud-Mil @
The pepper is actually so bright for me,: yes: and the sausages were smoked and of such a rich color. And my scrambled eggs at first also very lush rose, then fell for some reason, but I don't suffer about this, the main thing is that it's delicious.
And I don't have a pressure cooker yet, sometimes I wonder - maybe I need it? But to be honest, I'm afraid of them.
And I don't have strings, I always cut crookedly with a knife, I decided to try it with a thread - now the bobbin threads are very strong, I folded the thread in half just in case for strength, it was cut like clockwork.

Good afternoon everyone. Finally I got to my multicooker. I started with the most commonplace, cooking rice. And immediately questions. Lyud-Mil @, you have been testing and cooking for a long time. I put the TURBO or STANDARD mode, but the START button does not blink for me, probably, this is still a factory defect. Okay, I put the ROAST, because the store said that these are identical modes. Time is an hour, but the rice was cooked in 40 minutes, is it possible to turn off the multicooker if the dish is ready earlier, if so, how? The instruction for users in CF is very poor, it probably implies that a person is already using this thing with might and main, and gives only technical characteristics, and I'm just a teapot, I'm just afraid to press the button, suddenly what is wrong. And another question, I read that you can fry it for a few minutes on the ROAST, and then switch to another mode. What to press for this if the ROAST time has not yet expired? Has anyone cooked lean dishes in a slow cooker that can be prepared based on potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage? I hope that with your help I will still master this saucepan if I don't have to change it.

milachka, when you turn on a mode, the Start button should not flash, but glow a pinkish-reddish color, the display flashes in the Standard and Turbo modes, that is, instead of the cooking time, it shows such running dashes, this means that the process has started ... If you want to turn off the multicooker earlier, then press the Keep Warm / Cancel button (located to the left of the display), this way you interrupt (cancel) the work of the program, after which you can turn on another. The same button turns on the maintenance of the temperature, if it is lit, then the maintenance is on, if not, the program is turned off. My onions and carrots are fried for about 15 - 20 minutes, and it is better to stir a couple of times in the process, the meat a little longer, then I turn off the Frying and turn on the desired mode.
Recently I cooked stewed cabbage on Pastry, 1 h. 30 min. - it turned out to be a bit too much, the bottom was slightly overcooked, probably an hour, or a little longer, would have been enough. In general, the cabbage turned out to be delicious. Frying is not at all identical with Turbo and Standard, it is a hotter mode. If you still fail with these programs, then I advise you to cook cereals, including rice, in Porridge.

I tried it recently
Lean tea gingerbread barbariscka
I did everything according to the recipe, only I did not bake in the oven, but in a slow cooker, for about an hour. It turned out very tasty, I did not even expect such a result from a rather modest set of products. Homemade blackthorn jam, spices added ground dry ginger and cardamom, when she smeared a hot gingerbread with honey, the aroma was crazy.

Lud-Mil @, thank you very much for your advice. I take back all my words about the uselessness of the multicooker. It's so convenient. True, I haven't tried the oven yet, but the soup turns out to be awesome, it's very convenient to stew food. Now my "saucepan" has gone to my daughter, they are changing the kitchen, and while the gas was turned off, I had to share. But I know that on their wedding anniversary I will definitely give them a multicooker, but I just don't know whether to take Laretti or look for another company. What do you think? Thanks again. I always look here on the forum. You somehow mentioned that you are communicating somewhere else, can you throw off the link? Maybe I'll still hear something useful.

I am glad that my experience was useful to you, otherwise sometimes I write here, and I think - why? Anyway, except for me, there is no one here, but it turns out that people sometimes look into Temka.
There is also a website, but it seems to me that here, at the Bread Maker, there is more live communication, and there is a lot of information. I read all Temki in a row, about different multicooker, everywhere I find something useful for myself.
As for the gift, you can, of course, buy another Larochka, you are already familiar with her, or you can try something new. I, in spite of my love for Laretti, ordered her to Maruchi's company (in call purchases), after all, I want to try others as well. There are many Brand fans here, read Temki about the multicooker of this brand, there are many recipes, tips, girls are very active in sharing their experience. In general, how many I read to different topics, rarely who are dissatisfied with their cartoons, everyone is delighted, and who bought an expensive one, and who has a budget option.
Do you still have Laretti on sale? They brought everything to us once, I never saw them anywhere else, including in online stores. I myself work in a home appliance store, we are now actively cooperating with Polaris, they also seem to be good cartoons, there has never been a marriage (pah-pah-pah), the reviews are good, the lineup from budget to fairly expensive models, here, by the way , also on Polaris Temko is.
