pressed yeast 20 g
salt 5 g
sugar 15 g
margarine 90 g
water 280 ml

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Install the dough program. After the time has elapsed, when the dough has increased 2-2.5 times, take out the dough and cut into pieces of 60-80 g. Form a bagel by stretching each piece in the shape of a tongue and twisting from the far edge towards you, while stretching to the sides. Ideally there should be 6-8 turns. Roll up the bagel in the shape of a crescent, or you can also in the form of a bar. Let it stand for 30 minutes, sprinkle with water and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

P.S. The texture of the bagels is delicate, layered. The taste, in my opinion, is a little bland, I would add more salt.
