Ingredients

Meat (veal and pork) or minced meat
fresh cabbage Little
carrot 1 PC. medium (not large)
cheese 50g. (optional)
bulb onions 1 PC. average
salt, garlic, spices to taste

Cooking method

  • cook minced meat (I had 0.5 kg ready)
  • chop the cabbage (a little, not large),
  • on a coarse grater, grate the carrots and cheese (the cheese can be cut into small cubes and added one by one to the middle of the cutlet when forming),
  • finely chop the onion,
  • salt, pepper, squeeze the garlic, mix everything together,
  • add an egg and mix again,
  • form cutlets and fry.
