My experiments with a recipe from Panasonic-255 instructions.

BREAD WITH BRAN # 1

Dry yeast 2 tsp (I have Fermipan Super 2in1 yeast)
Wheat flour. - 225g.
Rye flour - 200 gr.
Rye bran - 3 tbsp. l. (I took ground rye bran dietary)
Salt - 1.5 tsp.,
sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk - 1.5 tbsp. l.,
Water 360 ml. (according to the recipe in the instructions 430 ml). But I decided that I cut a lot and the amount of water.

The bread tasted very good, but the roof collapsed.

BREAD WITH BRAN # 2
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Wheat flour. - 225g.
Rye flour - 200 gr.
Rye bran - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.,
sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk - 1.5 tbsp. l., and add rast. oil -2 tbsp. spoons, and reduce the water to 280 ml.

And I didn’t pull out and didn’t form a kolobok and didn’t rule the roof. I just don't usually do it. And how much water I need, I have not yet decided.

I also tried the recipe - also "the roof fell." Apparently I need help from a "guru" - aahuuu!
