Ingredients

chicken liver 500 BC
bulb onions 1 PC.
mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
eggs 2 pcs.
breadcrumbs 5 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper, plant oil.

Cooking method

  • Today I cooked it for the first time based on the recipe for "Lazy Chops". The taste is unusual for the liver, delicate.
  • Cut the chicken liver into small pieces, add mayonnaise, mix and leave to marinate for a while (from 30 minutes to a couple of hours). Fry the onions in sunflower oil, add to the liver. Then add eggs, salt, pepper to taste and bread crumbs. Leave the mass for 5-10 minutes to thicken. Everything, you can fry in rast. butter, spreading with a spoon.
  • We make such cutlets from chicken and pork, they call them "Lazy Chops". The original recipe uses starch,
  • someone adds flour. And in my family they love with breadcrumbs. The result is more delicious.

Summer resident, try it. My daughter also doesn't eat liver (not even chicken!), And yesterday she said to cook like that always. Usually I made liver patties through a meat grinder. And here there is a pleasant taste and tender pieces of juicy liver are felt. True, I usually fry quickly, and then steam it a little. Yesterday I was in a hurry with dinner.

Not necessarily hot, you can also cool, not only let them "damp" in the chill-nik. Can be heated in a micron. But in my opinion, they taste good even when cold.

I also liked the recipe. Somehow it turned out much tastier than ordinary liver pancakes when everything is ground with a blender. And about the bread crumbs in the recipe - they really are more appropriate there than flour or starch.
