On occasion, I had 170g of excellent quality duck liver. I came across your recipe and regretted it !!!
I did it without figs and instead of pepper (I practically don't use it) I added a tiny bit of fresh thyme.
Bought several varieties of cheese, grapes and Spanish red dry wine
At the center of the "feast" is your Creme brulee! Thank you!
Conclusions: a burner will be purchased in the near future;
in the next. I will try goose liver with truffles once again (but according to your technology)
