Ingredients

Cup = 200 ml
Cranberries, lingonberries, cherries, strawberries, raspberries and others to taste (frozen berries) total 5 cups of berries
Sugar 2 cups
Cold filtered water 2 liters

Cooking method

  • I do not defrost the berries beforehand.
  • I pour berries into the multicooker bowl, 1 cup each. I add sugar. And I fill it with cold water.
  • I turn on the "PAR" mode, the time is 3-5 minutes. After the signal I let the compote brew for at least an hour. Bigger is better.
  • I knead the berries with a plastic katrofelemalka.
  • I filter it through a nylon sieve into a decanter, cool it down.
  • Compote Berry Mix (multicooker Brand 37501)

I agree that in a multicooker the compotes are richer in color and taste, the taste is better

Ksyusha, Thank you!
Rick
Ksyusha! Yesterday I made a compote according to your recipe from black and red currants. Only added less sugar. Really very rich in taste and color. My husband said that he likes this compote more than I did before. So now I will cook compotes just like that. Thanks for the recipe!

Oh, I found a master-maker ... Today, instead of a good measure of sugar, I added salt to cheesecakes. Good - tasted how sweet it is. I almost jumped my eyes))).

And it's high time to be conceited, dear, it's high time!

Ksenia, very beautiful juicy photos !!!
Girls, what mode do you set in Panasonic? I have never cooked compote in the remote control
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Gulsine, if I'm not mistaken, and in Panasonic steaming from 1 minute, then you can turn on this mode for 1-2-3 minutes and then let it brew for an hour on heating. In a small Panasonic, I cooked a compote from frozen berries while stewing. It worked well too.

Ksenia, I took a chance and set the extinguishing regime. Then off and left overnight. A very rich taste turned out!

Yes, yes, yes, after the night, the infusion is sooo thick. Especially in Panas
