Ingredients

Milk 0.7 st
Serum (or water) 0.8 st
Cognac (can be excluded) 1 tbsp / l
Flour (premium grade) 4 st
Ground cinnamon 1/5 h / l
Vanillin 0.5 g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp / l
Butter 1 tbsp / l
Olive oil (neraf) 1 tbsp / l
Salt 1.5 h / l
Sugar 1.5 st / l
Egg 1 PC
Fast acting dry yeast 1.5 h / l

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix milk, whey and cognac. Warm up to 25-28 degrees, pour into a bread maker.
  • 2. Pour flour, cinnamon, vanillin and cocoa into the bread maker evenly.
  • 3. Melt the butter in a mug, add olive oil, salt, sugar and finally an egg. Beat until sugar dissolves, pour over the edges of the bread machine.
  • 4. Add yeast to the center of the bread machine.
  • 5. Bake in basic mode.
  • 6. Immediately after baking, remove and place on the wire shelf.
  • 7. Consume only when the bread has cooled to room temperature.

1 glass = 300 ml water.
The bread is incredibly delicious! It goes equally well with borscht and sandwiches for tea!
Whoever tries it for the first time may not guess what kind of flour the bread is made from.
