  • Even last year, I don’t remember on which website I found this recipe and decided to try it. The result exceeded all expectations. This year I did more.
  • It is advisable to take not large tomatoes, cut them in half, well, if larger, then into 4 parts. Carefully remove the seeds and excess liquid with a spoon. Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut up and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs (can be replaced with fresh herbs from the garden). Dry for 5-6 hours at a temperature of 70-80 gr. in a slightly open oven. It is advisable to check every hour so that it does not dry out. As the tomatoes wilted, transfer to a jar and pour over the growth. not flavored oil. Keep refrigerated. When I put them in jars, I added a little garlic to the tomatoes.

Note

Tomatoes are delicious, especially for pizza.
