Zucchini pancakes

Ingredients

Zucchini / peeled zucchini 0.5kg
flour 75-100g
egg 1 PC
vegetable oil for frying
salt
ground pepper
greens at will

Cooking method

  • Grate the squash on a fine grater, drain the juice. Add flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Fry over medium heat for 5-8 minutes on each side. Whether or not to add greens to the squash dough - everyone decides for himself.
