Pearl barley casserole with vegetables in a multicooker Redmond RMC 70

Ingredients

Pearl barley 1 glass
milk 4 glasses
potatoes 5 medium
cabbage leaves 10 large
salt, black pepper, herbs taste
butter 50 grams
chanterelles, tomatoes, bell peppers 3 large
mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
a raw egg 1 piece
cheese 100g

Cooking method

  • Rinse the pearl barley in water and soak in milk overnight. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, mash with a fork. Drain the excess milk from the cereal. Mix mashed potatoes with pearl barley, salt and pepper well. Grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with butter, spread the cabbage leaves. Put a layer of barley with potatoes on them, a layer of tomatoes and peppers on it, salt, put pieces of butter and cheese. Again a layer of leaves, a layer of pearl barley and a layer of tomatoes and peppers. Cover the top with cabbage leaves, grated cheese and herbs and garnish with cut chanterelles. Note

Cut off the central dense part of the veins from the cabbage leaves so that it does not remain tough when baked. You can use rasp forks.
