Old English chicken (Brand 35128 airfryer)

Old English chicken (Brand 35128 airfryer)

Ingredients

Broiler chicken about 1.5 kg
Butter 150 gr.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Parsley, dill, cilantro, green onions 1/2 bundle
Basil (mine is dry) 1 sprig (1 tsp)
Young garlic
Salt pepper taste
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The recipe was repeatedly (in various programs, with different chefs) seen on the Kitchen-TV channel. But the other day I met him on the Domashny portal. Written by Inna Antokhina. Having simplified the preparation procedure a little, omitting one of the stages, I cooked it for dinner in the airfryer today. And I didn’t regret it. The original recipe is here Old English chicken (Brand 35128 airfryer)
  • If the baking bag can withstand a temperature of 250aboutC, then set this temperature, speed High for 45 minutes. My package was only up to 200aboutWith and I kept the chicken for 1 hour.
  • 6. After the beep, carefully open the baking bag (watch out! hot steam!), choose from a package of 4-5 st. l. released juice, mix it with sugar, pour over the chicken and return to the AG for another 15 minutes for browning. I also turned her breast down *.
  • 7. Serve with any side dish such as mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
  • Old English chicken (Brand 35128 airfryer)
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

* Further, the author advises to prepare a sauce from the juice from the chicken. But I didn't get to the sauce. Because my family came from a walk and were sooooooo hungry.

Very appetizing! Thanks for the recipe!
I understand that the same can be done in the oven? Or is cooking chicken in AG any different?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Rezlinaof course you can and need in the oven. In the original recipe, this is where it is prepared. Follow the link, there the cutting is described in more detail.

IrinaThank you for your kind words!
Rezlina
Ksyusha, I've already looked at the original. Thanks for posting
So, in AG it turns out the same, I understand?

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @ beautiful "tanned" chicken!
Earlier in the post-Soviet era I had a frying pan for cooking chicken-tobacco, so I also practically folded them, "dancing hopaka"
Now I don't see such pans .. she was with a heavy round weight - pancake, this round pancake was put on a chicken, on the sides of the pan she put on, so to speak, a nozzle with a thread in the middle, screw-screwing pressed this pancake-flattened the poor chicken along the bottom of the pan. then it was necessary to unscrew, turn over the flat chicken, screw up again - so that on the other side it was fried
Creamy
Melisa72ru , such pans began to be sold again, only without thread, but for that with such a heavy lid, that you raise it with your eyes bulging, it presses it with its weight so that nothing needs to be screwed onto the thread. And are called cast-iron pans "for chicken-tobacco"

I didn't do it in the oven, so I can't say for sure.

-pancake,

This pancake is called TAPAK, from which the chicken nickname is.

And I beat off the kura with a tender. He flattens it and the bones, which are smaller, even breaks.

Creamy in those years it was not made of cast iron, but luminescent, but how can you screw up this thread, and then you can hardly "unscrew" the hot one, it's hard ... I brought it from Sverdlovsk, in Tyumen there were no such threads on sale. at least...

now, it means it's convenient, you don't have to fight with this thread

Ksyusha, thanks! The chicken is great!
And for the chicken tapak, here's a great recipe from Admin. I cooked, I really liked it, fast, clean, tasty. Chicken is tender and juicy.
Next time I will cook according to the Ksyushkinum recipe!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @

ABOUT, Irina, Thank you .

Ksyusha, I come to you with a big thank you!
The chicken turned out to be so tasty, very aromatic, and the breast is juicy! I will definitely repeat it again. I want to cook gherkin chickens like this. How many do you think you should bake in your sleeve?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Marish, this is looking at what weight they have. But I think you can apply the rule of cooking chicken 1 kg to them - 40 minutes. From these numbers and dance.
kavmins
delicious! and I'll try to fill some spare part and fry it in a cartoon - I don't have an oven .. (thanks for the idea!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Marina, I think it will turn out in the cartoon, if not a large chicken, although I myself have not tried it, only an airfryer or an oven.
