Chicken Liver Rumaki "Ponta All This"

Category: Meat dishes
Ponta chicken liver rumaki all this

Ingredients

Chicken liver 400g
Bacon 350g
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
Cognac 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Cut the prepared liver into two parts, dissolve the bacon into thin strips (I bought a ready-made one). Wrap each piece of liver in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Stir in soy sauce, sugar and cognac. Pour rumaki with this marinade and marinate for 6-8 hours. Then put the rumaki in a baking dish with high sides, bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note

I read the recipe before dinner, I liked it from hunger. As a result, I got pieces of a very dry, sweetish liver with bacon. What else could you expect from a 30 minute liver bake?
Conclusion, hungry can not only go to the store, but also read recipes

Then I looked in the internet, what kind of sauce these rumaks do not make ... apparently I chose the worst option

And it looks very appetizing!
What kind of error correction do we do? Do we exclude sugar and reduce the time?

Ira, well, something like that. But I don’t want to repeat something. Although I love the liver.
Ikra
Interestingly, and how are they cold? Not left to try? Maybe tomorrow, from the refrigerator, they will go like seeds?
I'm all about mine, about portioned snacks to work))))

Ira, I don't even know. My son came, tried it, said that it was fine and took it home.
Ira, why are you soaring over portions? Or do you have a common table on which you need to lay out so much that everyone sitting would have enough?
Ikra
It just so happens that it is impossible to sit down at the table, sit down for at least half an hour, chew and raise a glass of tea for a birthday girl or some holiday. Therefore, it is covered like a buffet table, where snacks are displayed that are easy to take, which do not require plates. Who goes by - treats himself
Therefore, I always need small, but a lot. Canapes, petit fours, all kinds of skewers with cheese and fruits.

Then pay attention to THIS RECIPE
any filling: sweet, not sweet, meat, fish, etc. And it is tasty and looks very interesting on the table.
Ikra
