Ingredients

Nuts to taste - peanuts, almonds, walnuts 10-50 gr.
Seeds to taste pumpkin, sunflower, sesame 10-50 gr.
Oat flakes up to 300 gr.
Honey 3 tbsp. spoons
Sugar taste
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Cocoa 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

Note

Granola can be lightly browned. I did it too. It can be enough in the microwave and keep it for less time, but I was guided by the roastiness of the nuts, because we do not like raw ones.

A dish for every taste, what you like, then add. It is possible without sugar at all. Often honey, if allergic, is substituted for maple syrup. There is no perfect granola recipe - everything is up to you. The kids call the granola kozinaki. Indeed, somewhat similar in taste.

I also read that the baked mass is granola, and not the baked mass - muesli.
