Potato-crab cutlets with garlic sauce

Ingredients

Potatoes 500g
crab sticks 200g
cheese 100g
large carrots 1 PC.
egg 1 PC.
ground black pepper taste
red hot ground pepper taste
breadcrumbs 0.5 cups
vegetable oil 100 ml.
parsley for decoration

Cooking method

  • What you need: 500g potatoes, 200g crab sticks, 100g cheese, 1 large carrot, 1 egg, salt, ground black pepper and red to taste, bread crumbs, vegetable oil, parsley for decoration.
  • For the sauce: a bunch of parsley, 3 cloves of garlic, mayonnaise. Finely chop the parsley, mix with the garlic and mayonnaise passed through a garlic press.
  • Peel the potatoes, wash and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes.
  • Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and the carrots on a fine grater.
  • Put the grated ingredients in the mashed potatoes, add the egg, salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  • Form cutlets from the resulting mass, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
