Ingredients

3 kg of young zucchini

1 stk. vinegar
1 stk. vegetable oil
2 sec. l. salt
1 stk. garlic
3 pcs. bitter pepper
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of parsley

Cooking method

  • Cut the zucchini into pieces so that when you open the jar, you just prick them on a fork and eat. Pour into a large saucepan. Add sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt. And put on fire. After boiling, boil for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then add chopped garlic (grated, with a blender or knife - whichever is more convenient for you), chopped hot pepper, finely chopped greens. And boil for another 5 minutes.
  • Arrange in jars and roll up the lids.
  • No need to sterilize.
