Beetroot salad

Ingredients

beets 500g.
carrots 1kg.
onion 1kg.
tomatoes 3kg.
sugar 200g.
salt 2 tbsp. l.
bell pepper 5-6 pcs.
black pepper (peas) 15pcs.
oil pods. 0.5l.
"Krasnodar sauce" 0.5l.

Cooking method

Pour the oil into a bowl (I have a large bowl for salads) and bring to a boil. Grate the beets on a coarse grater and put them in boiling oil (cook for 10 minutes)
Grate carrots, onions. chop into cubes, cut tomatoes into slices, cut pepper into half rings and add everything to the beets and cook for 1 hour over low heat. Then put in jars, roll up and wrap until cool.
