Ingredients

Chicken breast 1 PC.
Chicken leg 1 PC.
Noodles 80 g
Onion 2-3 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Parsley 1 bundle
Salt, hops-suneli

Cooking method

  • Boil chicken breast and leg broth, remove the meat, add chopped onion, grated carrots and noodles. Cut the chicken from the bones and put it back in the broth. Add chopped parsley 3 minutes before the end of cooking.

The dish is designed for

10-12 servings

Time for preparing:

1 hour + 20 minutes

Cooking program:

Steaming

Note

I cooked the broth in the evening (because I had not yet decided what I would cook for the "first").
Pour a whole saucepan of water, lay in the chicken (I threw in the breast and leg directly from the freezer (!)), Salt. Set the time to 1 hour on the Steam cooking program. Next time I will reduce this time a lot to 45-50 minutes, because during this time the frozen chicken has been cooked so that it has NEVER been so soft (including chicken breast). In the morning the decision was made in favor of "noodles". She chopped the onions, took out the grated carrots from the freezer, threw the vegetables into the broth. Set the "Steam cooking" mode for another 20 minutes. I poured 80 grams of noodles into the broth. (I measured it by weights, because I already know exactly how much is needed for the required consistency). Add spices and herbs 3-5 minutes before the end of cooking! Bon Appetit everyone!
