Cucumbers "Chili"

Ingredients

water 1 l
sugar 100 g
salt 2 tablespoons
vinegar 100 g
sauce 5 tablespoons
dill
garlic
laurel fox
black peppercorns

Cooking method

  • add salt, sugar, "Torchin chili" sauce (you can use any other spicy tomato sauce), vinegar to the water. Boil. Put spices in a liter jar on the bottom (1-2 bay leaves, a clove of garlic, a sprig of dill, 3-4 peas). Arrange the cucumbers. Better to take small ones. Pour marinade over. Sterilize for 10 minutes. Roll up.

Note

cucumbers are very tasty, sweet and sour, moderately spicy, crispy. A great snack with vodka.
