Wheat-rye flatbread with cheese, dill and onions

Ingredients

Rye flour 150 g
Wheat flour 300 g
water 290 g
yeast 1 tsp and 1/3 tsp.
salt, sugar 1 tsp.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
onion (medium) 1 PC.
cheese 50 g
dried dill 1 tbsp. l.
sesame for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Finely chopped the onion. I rubbed the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • I put all the ingredients in a bucket of HP in the right order and put the dough on the mode (1.5 hours), then stretched the dough with my hands almost to the size of a baking sheet into a cake, greased it with butter, sprinkled with sesame seeds, pricked it with a fork and left it for 30-40 minutes, and baked it in the oven about 30 minutes at 200 gr.

Oops, thanks for this recipe to pop up! Something I missed it ... I hope my boys will like it, they love pastries. Only now I did not understand about dill. All such seeds or dried herbs to add? There is both, so I would like to understand.
