Honey buns

Ingredients

flour 500g.
milk 125 ml.
oil drain. 100g.
honey 80g.
salt 1h l.
yeast 1h l
egg 1 PC.
dried fruits (raisins) 60g.

Cooking method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bread maker, first in the paste mode (breeding), then put on the “dough” mode and after the first proofing, turn it off and leave for an hour to double the volume. After lifting, knead a little on the table, if it sticks, grease your hands with vegetable oil. Form buns and leave for 30, 40 minutes. grease with an egg and bake in an oven with steam, at 180 degrees until tender.

12 medium buns

Note

This is a universal recipe, you can add any dried fruits, nuts, seeds, make cheesecakes or snails from this dough, just reduce the honey in half and add it to the filling.
