tomato paste 4 tbsp. l.
a jar of anchovies in oil 80 g
olive oil 500 ml
vinegar 4 tbsp. l.
sauce 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • In the black comedy "Slaughter Vacation," directed by Eli Craig, a group of college students go out of town for a weekend getaway: drink beer, swim in the lake, and breathe in the clear forest air. But on the very first day, they encounter uncouth farmers Tucker and Dale, who also decided to have a good time in nature. Taking these wild, but, in fact, pretty guys for "evil locals", the townspeople decide to give the redneck a tough rebuff. But with every step they take, it only gets worse ...
  • One of these farmers constantly eats pickled eggs, taking them out of the jar by hand:

  • This was very unusual for me. Soon curiosity (what a miracle it tastes) took its toll. And now I present to you one of the many recipes I liked for this dish.
  • The first step is to make the marinade. To do this, grind parsley, garlic, anchovies, add oil, paste, vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix all this well. I used a whisk, probably better with a blender, but it's broken (Denis Andreevich plays with it))). Put boiled eggs in a liter jar and fill with marinade. I think it will be possible to use one and a half liter and a dozen eggs. Close the jar tightly with a lid and send it to the refrigerator (I had it for 1.5 days).

Pickled Eggs with Beets
Ingredients:
6 Large eggs (hard boiled)
1 Art. Apple cider vinegar
1 Art. Beet juice
1/3 Art. Brown sugar
¼ Art. chopped onion
3 whole carnations

Preparation:
Cool and peel the eggs, put the eggs in a sterile jar.
Put the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour eggs, close to cool, keep in the refrigerator. You can eat it in 3-4 days.

Simple Pickled Eggs


Ingredients:

12 large eggs (hard boiled and refrigerated)

Dry white wine 400ml!
Wine vinegar 400ml!

Eggs of this kind can be found in almost every mini-store and at many gas stations in America!
We take not large eggs and boil them steep, let them cool and clean!
We clean and coarsely chop the onion with garlic, pour it into a saucepan!
Add salt, mustard seeds, celery seeds, pickling spice, red pepper to the pan!
Fill everything with wine, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil, let it boil for 1 minute and turn it off!
Put the peeled eggs in a large jar and fill with hot brine!
Let the brine cool and put the jar of eggs in the refrigerator for 1 week!
After 1 week, we take out the eggs as needed and gobble up!

I once made a snack with a similar recipe. It was called "Piedmontese".
