Papardelle - stewed zucchini

The original of the recipe on the forum of St. Petersburg's parents LP. The cooking technology is in the same place, here with my changes and time data. Peel the zucchini, cut the dense part of it with a vegetable peeler in long strips, discard the core with seed germs. Cut the onion into half rings. Include MV on the program for frying. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. When the oil has warmed up enough (3-4 minutes), add the onion and fry for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, salt. Switch to "Extinguishing", default 60 min. After 15 minutes, when the zucchini is already softened, add the diced tomatoes (I had only 1 tomato, I had to add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste) and simmer until tender (25-30 minutes). If necessary, add sugar (added 1 tsp, you could slightly increase it). Add spices and mayonnaise, stir, turn off MV.
