Fried flounder with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

flounder fillet 8 pieces
fresh champignons 200 grams
onion 1 large head
low fat cream 200 grams
lemon 1 PC
eggs 2 pcs
breadcrumbs 1 glass
vegetable oil for frying
flour 2 tbsp. spoons
spices: sea salt, coarsely ground black pepper, fish seasoning (any)

Cooking method

  • The recipe for this amazing dish is attributed to themselves by Estonians and Odessans, according to the Internet. Although, it seems to me that, with a slight difference, it is cooked everywhere ... Well, except that in Africa - it's unlikely - there are no mushrooms there ...
  • Cut the fillet of large fish in half, and leave the small fish whole, season with pepper. Salt, sprinkle with the juice of one lemon, and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. (My flounder was small, so I didn't fillet).
  • While the flounder is marinating, you can make the sauce. Chop the mushrooms into thin slices, and cut the onions in half rings. (I had frozen mushrooms, I did not cut them)
  • Chop mushrooms and onions.
  • Put the mushrooms in a well-heated skillet with butter and fry them for 5 minutes over high heat. At the end, add a little salt, so that they give up all the moisture and begin to brown.

  • At the same time, add onions to the mushrooms, and sauté the vegetables together for another 5 minutes.

  • Dip the rested fish in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry on high heat on both sides, until a golden brown crust forms!
  • We just have to collect our dish: for this, we put 2 fish on each plate,
