Chicken terrine Only a little bit

Ingredients

Minced chicken 500g
Bulgarian pepper multicolored 50g
Turnip onion 40g
Champignon mushrooms 50g
Dill 10g
Egg 1 PC
White bread 1 piece
Water for soaking
Salt, pepper, garlic seasoning, mustard taste

Cooking method

  • Skip chicken breasts as for minced meat.
  • Turnip onion, Bulgarian pepper, cut mushrooms into small cubes.
  • Chop the dill. Add everything to the minced meat.
  • Pre-soak the bread, knead it into a gruel. We also add to the minced meat.
  • Put the egg, salt, pepper and seasonings in the minced meat. Mix well, beat the minced meat for splendor.
  • We put it in the forms. Grease with mustard on top and sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs.
  • We put on a water bath.
  • We bake in an airfryer or oven.
  • I baked in an airfryer at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Chilled in the same forms until all the juice that was released during baking was absorbed.
