Pilaf with lamb in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Mutton
Onion
Carrot
Parboiled rice

Cooking method

  • I take all the ingredients by eye.
  • I fry the pieces of lamb with bacon in the baking mode, until golden brown, then I added chopped onions and grated carrots, fried them again and covered them with rice. I also added water by eye as when cooking ordinary pilaf. And put it on "pilaf"

Note

Good day everyone!

All the time I made pilaf from pork, but today I decided to cook it from lamb, it turned out very appetizing and tasty.
We will need:

lamb 400-500gr
rast. oil 3-5 tbsp,
onion 2pcs
carrots - 1 large
rice 1 tbsp (from a multicooker)
garlic - 4 cloves
pilaf spices, salt
water 2 measuring cups

Preparation: Baking mode 40 min - add rast. butter 3-5 tbsp, fry the onion in cubes, then add the carrots in cubes, 20-25 minutes before the end of the mode - meat and spices, salt. Rinse the rice until clean water, put on top of the meat. Add 2 measuring cups of water in a thin stream. Put the cloves of garlic, you can not peeled. After the end of the baking mode, we transfer to the pilaf mode. If after the end of the mode, you see that the pilaf is moist, then I turn on the pilaf mode again (this cycle lasts max 10 minutes, which is just what is missing). Bon Appetit!!! I'll post the photo tomorrow.
