Jam + berries b / cost. 120 ml
Water 90 ml
Salt 1 box l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Flour psh. 470 g
Yeast 2.5 coffee box l.

Cooking method

  • Bread for tea and milk. Oven - Moulinex, weight - 1000g, medium crust, program 8 (3h55min). The mode is such that at the beginning of the liquid are heated for 30 minutes. and then as usual. The total volume of liquid is 210 ml.
