Ingredients

Ready-made puff pastry 1 layer 200 g
Royal shrimp 150 g
Chilli 1 PC.
Cucumber 1 PC.
Oil sl. 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 1 tooth
Leek 50 g
Dill, basil, salt taste
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Roll out the dough very thinly and cut 4 squares from it with a side of ~ 11 x 13 cm. Roll two balls the size of a tangerine from food foil, they will serve as a block, as in the manufacture of hats. Fold dough squares in pairs at an angle of 45about and grease the inner layer with vegetable oil.

  • We fill ready-made baskets with filling, which is also very easy to prepare. Fry the leeks, chopped garlic, chili rings in hot butter. Cut the cucumber lengthwise and then across, not very thinly, 5 millimeters each, add to the onion and garlic with pepper. Now add the peeled shrimps, salt and fry everything for a couple of minutes. At the end, sprinkle with chopped dill and basil. Bon Appetit!
