Cabbage with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

White cabbage 1/2 head of cabbage
champignons (or any other mushrooms) 500g
onion 1 head
vegetable oil for roasting
flour 1 tbsp. l.
sour cream 200g
Parmesan cheese 100g
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the cabbage into four parts (slices). Dip in boiling salted water, cook for 10 minutes, drain in a colander. Heat the oven to 200g.
  • Coarsely chop the mushrooms. Dice the onion.
  • Fry mushrooms and onions in a preheated pan with oil for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the mushrooms and onions with flour, lightly brown, add sour cream, add a little water, salt and pepper and cover. Simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes.
  • Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put half of the cabbage in an even layer in a mold, then put half of the mushroom sauce on top, sprinkle with a little cheese. Top with the remaining cabbage, mushroom sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
