Cinnamon 1 tsp
Sugar about 2 tbsp. l.
Additionally:
Sour cream

Cooking method

  • For the dough, mix the ingredients in a bowl, beat with a mixer, add oil at the end, let it brew for about 30 minutes. At this time we clean the apples, cut them into small slices, add cinnamon and mix.

When all the pancakes are ready, grease them with a thick layer of sour cream on top and put them in the microwave for 5 minutes. Apples are baked, sour cream soaks the pancake so that you can't pick it up. They ate with spoons from a saucer. Incredible delicious food !!!
