Borsch dressing without cabbage

Ingredients
Tomatoes 3kg
Beets 0.5-1kg
Onion 1kg
Carrots 1 kg
0.5 l can of tomato sauce 1 pc
sunflower oil 0.5 l
Bulgarian pepper 6pcs
bitter pepper for an amateur 1-2 pcs
Sugar 1 glass
Salt 2 tablespoons
Cooking method

Tomatoes and peppers can be minced. but you can knead with a blender. All other vegetables are three on a grater. Pour oil into a saucepan and put beets, cook for 20 minutes. Then put the carrots and cook for 10 minutes. Then put in all the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 hour. We put it in sterile jars and roll it up.

The dish is designed for 4.5 liters
Cooking time: Cooking 1 hour 30 minutes

I like beets in borscht with cubes and I cut the beets with a knife. The rest is passed through a shredder. I was looking for a recipe for borscht without cabbage, since my husband does not like borscht with cabbage. I have been using this recipe for about 10 years.
