2) Information on defective panels has been sent to the factory. Analysis of the causes of cracks is underway.
3) For the fastest elimination of this defect, we need to know the serial number of the multicooker. Therefore, we ask everyone who found cracks on the upper decorative panel of the CMC-HE1054F multicooker, regardless of the service life:

1) the serial number of your multicooker
2) a copy of the warranty card
3) color of cracked panel
4) if possible, a photo of the crack on the panel
5) contact information of the owner of the multicooker: name, city, phone number, email

Therefore, we ask CUKKOO to competently answer at what temperature with the setting of what cooking time on the Multicook program (pressure cooker) I have to cook the broth from middle-aged beef to avoid re-steam problems and high pressure valve failure. The CHICKEN broth program does not result in the normal boil-over of the meat from the aged beef.
