  • Peel the champignons and cut into quarters, add to the multicooker bowl.
  • We clean the ribs from excess fat. In this case, you can separate the upper pieces of pulp from the ribs and put them on the walls of the multicooker, and put the ribs in the center in order to minimize the risk of scratching the bowl cover. For the same reason, we spread the ribs on the onion "airbag".

  • Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper at the end of cooking.

Note

An hour before readiness, you can toss peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes to the stew
Stewed ribs in wine (multicooker Redmond RMC M4502)

I like to stew for a long time, with feeling. Therefore, as a rule, I carcass for at least 4 hours, and preferably all night (while sleeping), or day (while working). But then the meat melts in the mouth, and it is impossible to stop!

Real jam!
P.S. When on the 2nd day there were only a few pieces of meat in the sauce (the potatoes ran out faster), I put the boneless meat in the bowls, poured it with the strained sauce and put it in the refrigerator.
By the morning the aspic was ready!
I still love long stewing ... and two-in-one dishes!
