Potatoes "Dauphine"

Dauphine potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes 900 g
Spicy hard cheese 200 g
Rust oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices (ideally on a Berner grater). Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Put half of the prepared potatoes in a pre-oiled bowl of CB, grease with oil on top, add some salt, sprinkle with spices and 1/2 grated cheese.
  • Then we put the second part of the potatoes and do the same as see above.
  • We put on the "Fry" program, the "Vegetables" mode - 30-40 minutes, depending on the quality of the potatoes, without pressure.
  • The photo shows a bottom view.

In general, Dauphine found the recipe in my mother's notes, a very old recipe and it is just for the oven and is designed. try it. delicious

Dauphiné is the historical part of France, hence the name of the dish. The same as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Provence.

In this pressure cooker, there is either pressure - this is when the valve is closed; or not - when the valve is open. Normal blood pressure is from medicine, 120 to 80.

and in my redmond m90 for some reason it burned, the most fried and delicious layer already stuck. I will try to put a film with Teflon next time.
