Cauliflower in an omelet

Ingredients

cauliflower (frozen) 400g
Egg 5 pieces
Milk 250ml
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Lubricate the cuckoo's bowl with oil.
  • Put the cabbage directly into the bowl without defrosting.
  • Beat an omelet from milk and eggs. Pour the cabbage with the omelet mixture.
  • We select the Multi-cook 25 minutes, the Potato mode is also possible.
  • After cooking, let stand in the bowl for 10-15 minutes.

Thank you, but I love omeletics at 1010, sometimes I add mayonnaise and cheese, but this option is still less high in calories. I never boil cabbage, it turns out to be dense, but ready, I especially love this omelette after it has cooled completely. In general, I like omelette cold.
