Lasagne (pressure cooker Brand 6050)

Ingredients

minced meat 500gr
tomatoes 2pcs; onions, carrots, bell peppers 1 pc.
Provencal herbs 1 st. l.
garlic 2 slices
butter 100g
wheat flour 80g
milk 700ml
Bay leaf 1 PC.
nutmeg 3-5g
olive oil for minced meat
cheese 300g
climbing sheets

Cooking method

  • I cooked the Bolognese sauce in a pressure cooker.
  • Minced meat was fried without oil until all the juice had boiled away. After that, I added a few tablespoons of olive oil to the minced meat.
  • While the minced meat was fried, finely chop the onion and garlic; added to the minced meat; then added chopped bell pepper to the sauce; after the pepper, I added finely chopped tomatoes (3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste can be used).
  • Turned on the "meat" for 10 minutes.
  • When the sauce is stewed, (you can add dry or semi-dry wine, let the wine and juice evaporate) seasoned with spices and herbs; from spices I like to use basil and a pinch of dry mint in climbing and always such herbs as oregano, rosemary, black pepper. I used Provencal herbs, they have all these herbs.

  • I laid out the cut baking sleeve in the bowl of the pressure cooker. Put the bolognese sauce on the bottom of the bowl as the first layer; then we lay the sheets of lasagna; cover with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese. The layers are repeated in the same order.
  • Cover the last layer of sheets with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Rice mode - 15 minutes.

  • Lasagna tastes good both hot and cold.

marlen, this lasagna turns out to be tasty and satisfying, homemade people like it, but for me personally it is too fatty dish.

and in what mode? is it something with my eyes?
in the topic about the pressure cooker it was written that it seems on the RISE, right? and another such moment - did the pressure build up during cooking or not?
Omellia
Thank you so much for the recipe. All my household were wildly delighted ...

Omellia, you are welcome. It is very pleasant that I liked the lasagna. But you didn't write in what you cooked, in the oven or in a slow cooker?

lissaalissa, I'm glad that you are not disappointed in making lasagna in a slow cooker.

Does the sleeve get in the way when you close the pressure cooker or does it need to be wrapped inside?

no, the sleeve does not interfere, how can it be folded or it just won't reach the lid.

Vichka, please explain about the sleeve. I’m standing there, twirling it in my hands and I don’t know what to do with it))) In the oven, there is understandable, but here .. Can I do without it? What is the point of using it in this case? As I understand it, the lasagna will not be hermetically sealed on both sides, we only insulate the sides of the bowl with a package, right? What for?))

Olesya, the sleeve is only needed so that it is convenient to reach the lasagna. Perhaps you can use another way.

When I got it, I thought))) Thank you very much for the recipe !!! For the first time I got the right bechamel)) both in consistency and with nutmeg very tasty)) Thank you for the wonderful recipe !!!

Z. Y. I noticed already when I was pulling out that in the "rice" mode my pressure did not build up. O_o Lasagna was cooking like in the oven. So it was conceived, this mode goes without pressure, or did it happen by chance?))

Tell me, please, do you need to boil the lasagna sheets beforehand or will they cook with the sauce liquid?
Vichka
kikwit, ready-made / purchased sheets of lasagna do not need to be pre-boiled, general cooking of lasagna is enough for them.
kikwit
Thank you! I'll try to cook today
