Lean pea cream soup in a multicooker Panasonic TMH18

Ingredients

Polished whole yellow peas 250 g
Bulb onions 500 g
Salt 1 m / h / spoon
Dry parsley 1 m / h / spoon
Dry dill greens 1 m / h / spoon
Ground black pepper 0.5 m / h / spoon
Refined vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • 1. We wash the peas, soak them for 8-12 hours
  • 2. Drain the water, once again rinse the peas and put them in the Panasonic TMH18 multicooker, pour in enough water to cover the peas, set the "Stew" mode for 1 hour, then
  • 3. Cut the onions (you don't have to grind the onion too much - cut the onion into four parts), put it in a saucepan, put 1 teaspoon (from the bread machine) salt, pour in vegetable oil, set the "Stew" mode for 1 hour, do not add water - the soup will take liquid from the onion, then
  • 4. Beat the soup with a high-speed mixer such as Bamix or MixSy-Zeptor with a chopping attachment until the peas and onions are completely chopped to achieve a creamy consistency, then strain through a sieve, you do not need to filter. Add spices, leave to stand for 10-15 minutes, serve with or without croutons.
