PS Praline: a glass of nuts (cashews, hazelnuts, almonds - your choice), 150 grams of sugar, 3 tablespoons of water. Pour sugar into a frying pan, fill with water. We get the caramel, add the nuts, mix. Can be refrigerated in a pan, can be laid out on a silicone mat for easier separation. Put in a blender, grind. We get a fragrant yummy !!!
