I cooked in a Panasonic multicooker where the bowl is 2L. I liked to cook such a porridge for breakfast, so I fall asleep everything in the evening, set the time I need, and in the morning - a wonderful porridge with a natural taste of sprouted grain. In winter, it is an irreplaceable product, very light and has enough energy from it for a long time. Therefore, Italians call it a gladiator's dish.
We fall asleep and fill all of the above, put on the "milk porridge" mode, then languish on heating for about an hour.
Output of the finished product: from 100 gr. cereals for three servings. With such an amount of liquid, a slimy porridge is obtained, if you like crumbly, the liquid should be reduced by about 100 g.
There is also a method with soaking in yogurt. Soak the washed spelled in yogurt for 6-7 hours, then och. rinse well. and then - according to the above instructions, so it will be more gentle.
