Ingredients

Jubilee cookies 2 packs of 124 g
Butter 150 g
Curd cheeses without raisins 2x100 gr
Cream 10% 200 g
Gelatin 30 g
Water 300 ml
Syrup or jam taste
Sugar 70 g
Any fruit for decoration

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in 100 ml. cold water for 40 minutes.
  • At this time, grind 2 packs of cookies in a meat grinder or blender and mix with softened (but not melted) butter until smooth. Lay out the form with paper or film (not necessary, but then it is easier to pull it out) and lay out the mass in an even layer with sides. Put it all in the refrigerator.
  • Pour the cream into the curds and pour the sugar. Stir until smooth and gently heat over a fire until warm. Put 1/3 of the gelatin there and stir to dissolve. Do not boil! Remove from heat immediately. Allow to cool slightly, pour into base and refrigerate.
  • Mix syrup or jam with 200 ml. water (make a very sweet fruit drink). Put it on fire, heat, add the remaining gelatin, stir until dissolved and immediately remove from heat. Let cool slightly. Put fruits on the frozen first layer and pour over them with fruit drink. Back in the refrigerator. As soon as it hardens, pull it out and enjoy.

I wanted to make Cheesecake from celfh but ... as always ... I didn't find the cream of the required fat content, there was no cream cheese either, and homemade cheese from Crumbs, which I did specifically for this in advance, my daughter and I tried so hard that it was gone. And since the cream was already mixed with sugar, and the gelatin was urinating in water, I had to fantasize. The photo is not very successful, my daughter (8 years old) took it on the phone, but it doesn't matter anymore, because Dessert is gone. I was waiting for guests and it took a long time to put them in the refrigerator, so I put them in the freezer on a super freeze. Cured for 15-20 minutes each layer. The latter even got a frost. But the taste did not deteriorate.
A very interesting and unusual taste for me. I love cottage cheese goodies, I love jellies, and I really love butter cookies. All together it turned out very tasty! and fast! and without an oven!
