Cake Potatoes with condensed milk

Ingredients

To make a biscuit:
3 eggs
90g. Sahara
75gr. flour
15gr. starch
For the cream:
125gr. butter
65 gr. powdered sugar
50 gr. condensed milk with sugar

Cooking method

  • Prepare biscuit dough:
  • First, beat the egg yolks with sugar (two thirds) into a viscous light cream.
  • Beat the whites until firm peaks and add the remaining sugar, beat well until firm.
  • We mix whites with yolks.
  • Add the sifted flour. Mix with movements from bottom to top from edge to center.
  • Pour the dough onto a baking sheet on baking paper and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C. (I baked a sponge cake in a slow cooker, "Baking" mode -40 minutes).
  • Cool the finished biscuit, let stand overnight or more, break into pieces.
  • Scroll in a blender until fine crumbs are obtained. Pour it into a large bowl.
  • Prepare the cream:
  • 125gr. Beat butter (softened) with powdered sugar (65g) until a fluffy light light mass is obtained. The sugar in the butter does not dissolve completely when beating, so do not replace the powder with sugar.
  • Add a little, without stopping whipping, 50 gr. condensed milk. Place a teaspoon of cream in a cornet with a flat nozzle.
  • Put the cream on the crumb, add a dessert spoon of rum and cognac.
  • Knead everything well until you get a mass from which you can sculpt. Make 10 potato-shaped cakes from it.
  • Dip them in a mixture of cocoa powder and powdered sugar (one heaped teaspoon each). Leave to lie down and roll again.
  • Make depressions in the cakes (for example, with a pencil) and squeeze out the cream in the form of sprouts. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
