Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Pour sugar over the eggs. Beat with a blender. Add condensed milk to the egg-sugar mixture. We continue to whisk. Then add sour cream. Whisk. We extinguish the soda with vinegar. Pour into the mixture. We mix. Then add flour in small portions. Whisk. Cover the detachable form (diameter 26 cm) with baking paper. Lubricate with oil, sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold. We bake at 1800 From 40 - 50 min. While the dough is baking, prepare the impregnation and cream for the cake.
  • Impregnation:
  • For impregnation, mix the wine with sugar. We put on fire. Cook the wine and sugar mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (30 - 35 min.
  • Cream:
  • Mix the softened butter with cocoa powder and condensed milk. Whisk.
  • Assembly:
  • Remove the baked crust from the oven and let cool. We cut the cake into 3 parts. Each part of the cake is poured with chilled impregnation.
  • Let's soak. We spread the first cake with cream. Put the second cake on top and spread it again with cream. Put the third cake (top) impregnated down. Smear the top and sides with cream. Then cover the cake with icing. I used a commercially available Dr. Oetker glaze. took 2 packages. it was a bit too much. We leave everything in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Delicious!
