Ingredients

ground turkey 0.7 kg
milk / cream 1.5 cups
egg 2 pcs
flour 3 tbsp. spoons
ground sweet pepper 1.5 tsp
sour cream 2-3 st. spoons
salt
pepper

Cooking method

  • Stir the minced meat well with flour, egg, salt and pepper. Add milk, first a little, stir well so that there are no lumps, then pour out all the rest of the milk, stir. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour out the resulting mass. Grease with sour cream on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 200g. I baked for about 45 minutes.
